Braemar Retirement Centre is a family owned and operated Long-Term Care home, that has been delivering quality care to our friends and community members for 37 years in Wingham and surrounding communities. The home consist of 69 licensed beds and four respite beds and employs approximately 100 staff. Our approach to the delivery of care to our residents is that we are honoured and lucky enough to be able to care for our friends and community members while continuing to be able to learn from their vast experiences and our focus is on person centred care. Our company is so fortunate to have so many dedicated staff who we really value that continually go above and beyond to ensure our residents are cared for. Most of our staff have been with us for over 20 years which shows their level of dedication to our home. We are constantly looking for caring people who want to join a team who are making a difference in people’s lives every day. There are opportunities for RNs, RPNs, PSWs as well as Activity aides, Cooks/Dietary Aide, and Housekeepers/Laundry Aides. Our incredible, dynamic culture is one where we are always working to make things better for our resident population by constantly and consistently innovating to improve our care delivery.
